Unleash the Wellness:

Dogma at The Crossroads Carmel Woofs Up Holistic Delights!

Attention all pet lovers and wellness enthusiasts! Dogma, the ultimate haven for holistic care, has recently spread its paws and opened its second location at The Crossroads Carmel. If you’re looking to pamper yourself and your four-legged companion, this is the spot for you!

Dr. Jamie Lucia is the mastermind behind Dogma’s holistic marvels. From chiropractic wizardry to zen-inducing reiki, they’ve got it all. They’re also dishing out animal communication, canine training, diet plans (yes, even for the ones with insatiable treat cravings), and fitness classes that range from downward dog yoga to some tail-wagging pilates.

Dr. Lucia is no newbie to the world of holistic care. She’s got an impressive track record, having run the show at Los Altos Community Chiropractic and Altos Animal Chiropractic where she merged the two together to become the mighty Dogma back in April 2022. The success was so overwhelming that they’ve now unleashed their offerings at The Crossroads Carmel.

Picture this: a team of miracle workers that include chiropractors, massage therapists, reiki healers, energy wizards, and even naturopaths – all gathered to sprinkle a dash of wellness stardust on you and your furball. They even have a green pharmacy stocked with nature’s goodies, like naturopathic supplements, CBD oils, certified organic small-batch essential oils, botanical skin and hair care, and even coat and skin care for your pup!

Dogma’s secret recipe? A holistic approach that covers all the bases – spine and nervous system, diet and lifestyle, premium pup-approved supplements, and personalized fitness regimens. Dr. Lucia believes whole body care is the key to a long and healthy life. They’re not just about physical help; they’re all about embracing the zen within, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Dr. Lucia is basically a holistic superhero. She studied biological sciences at University of Pennsylvania, earned her master’s in neurology at University of Sydney, studied at Palmer College of Chiropractic West and completed graduate work in veterinary chiropractic at Parker University.

“If someone would have suggested ‘dog chiropractic’ to me two years ago, I would have laughed at the idea,” said client Joelle M. But when her 3-year-old rescue, Luna, took a hard fall down a sea cliff, injuring her pelvis and ribs, and causing lasting pain, irritability and antisocial behavior, Joelle turned to Dr. Lucia. The transformation was dramatic and undeniable.

“I looked down at Luna and she was perky and smiling,” said Joelle. “Then it hit me that I hadn’t seen her smile since before the accident. The gratitude and relief I felt at that moment is indescribable.”

Both canines and humans are smitten with the Dogma treatment. When you walk in you can feel the fabulous energy and vibe. It’s truly a happy place!

“Dogma is absolutely a source of joy, love, health and longevity,” says Dr. Lucia. “It’s gratifying to add years to their lives and life to their years. Their health is our happiness!”

So, if you’re ready to plunge into a world of wellness where your pet can get a massage and you can get your chakras aligned (I mean, why should Sparky have all the fun?), head over to Dogma’s new outpost at The Crossroads Carmel. Trust us, this is the kind of doghouse you’ll enjoy spending time in.
