As a new business to The Crossroads what do you want people to know about you?
Our business may be new but each of our team members has several years of experience. We’ve all worked together for several years in Emergency Medicine and Aesthetics. We are proud to be a team of the highest skilled and experienced in our community.
What sort of certification of training do you and your staff have?
Our practitioners all have strong medical backgrounds. Dr. Jay Pennock has 26 years in Emergency & Functional Medicine. Melissa has 15 years in Aesthetic Nursing and 20 years in Emergency Nursing. Remedy’s additional Aesthetic Nurses also each have over 15-26 years in Nursing as individuals.

What is your favorite offering?
The combination treatment of NAD infusion and Float Spa therapy. The combination of this treatment allows one to detox, and rejuvenate on the cellular level.
What are the latest trends in your business?
Biohacking your body means changing your chemistry and your physiology through science and self-experimentation to increase energy and vitality. Several of our treatments individually and collectively will provide these goals. In addition, we have a little secret on something that we plan on bringing in 2022.
(Hint hint: it falls under Feminine Aesthetic Rejuvenation.)
What are your customers going to enjoy the most when they visit you?
Our clients will discover new ways (in addition to the traditional ways) that will allow them to take back their youthful energy and essence.
What is special this season for your business?
Remedy Spa plans on bringing new life and energy to our community. We plan on bringing new ways to exude vibrant energy and youthfulness.
What spa treatment should no customer do with without?
There are just so many to pick from, however, most people are deficient in vitamins, so a good IV vitamin and/or NAD infusion would be so beneficial.
